BcM Pte Ltd is a Corporate Service Provider and approved Filing Agent registered under the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) Act. BcM provides business management consultancy services and offers a comprehensive range of corporate outsourcing solutions.
We work with a team of professionals with requisite knowledge and experience pertaining to administrative, statutory requirements and regulatory compliance-related functions for Small and Medium Enterprises. We also work closely with our clients to assist them in accordance with the local regulatory requirements to ensure that they meet regulatory compliance and corporate obligations for running a business in Singapore.
